About Me

Hello! My name is Lisa Rizzo.

I'm a mother and a registered nurse ready to earn your vote on April 1 for the Seekonk School Committee.

Last year, I began attending school meetings as part of my child's path to Kindergarten. My experience as a Martin Elementary School parent and PTO volunteer has shown me firsthand how Seekonk's talented teachers, administrators, committee members and parents support our students. But, as all districts do, Seekonk faces challenges in the years ahead — and long-term planning is essential.

With a master’s degree in nursing education and over 10 years of experience in hospital administration, I'm familiar with budgets, writing policy, and managerial leadership in addition to partnering with professionals, families, and patients. It would be an honor to share those talents with the place my family calls home.
